Estimate Fees.

Customer Drop Off’s

  • When You (The Customer) Leave An Item Or Multiple Items For A Repair Estimate, A Fee Of £22.50 Is Payable Per Item.
  • The Repair Estimate Fee Covers Our Time To Diagnose The Fault With Your Item And Source The Necessary Spares And Components Required To Complete The Repair.
  • You (The Customer) Will Be Informed Of The Total Cost To Repair Your Item Or Items By Either, Telephone Call, SMS Message Or E-Mail, Which Ever Is Most Convenient.
  • If You (The Customer) Accept The Repair Estimate And We Carry Out The Repair, The Estimate Fee For The Item Or Items We Repair Will Be Deducted From Your Final Invoice. Therefore The Estimate Will Be Deemed FREE Of CHARGE.
  • The Accumulated Estimate Fee Total, Paid For Multiple Items Left For A Repair Estimate, Will NOT Be Carried Over And Deducted From Your Final Invoice Unless All Items Are Repaired.

Collect, Estimate, Return.

Fees.

  • The Collect, Estimate And Return Package Offered By Us Ponty PCs And TVs, Has Been Designed To Assist Customers That For Whatever Reason Can’t Get To Our Workshop.
  • The Total Fee Payable For This Bespoke Service Is £52.50. Plus £22.50 For Each Additional Item.
  • This Fixed Fee Is Applicable Only To The Area’s We Cover And Listed On Our Website, Regardless Of Distance From Our Workshop.
  • If You Live Outside The Area’s That We Cover And Listed On Our Website, We Can For A Pre Agreed Fee Attend Your Home Address To Collect Your Item Or Items.
  • We Shall Collect Your Item Or Items At A Time And Date To Suit You.
  • You (The Customer) Will Be Informed Of The Total Cost To Repair Your Item Or Items By Either, Telephone Call, SMS Message Or E-Mail, Which Ever Is Most Convenient.
  • If You (The Customer) Accept The Repair Estimate And We Carry Out The Repair, The Estimate Fee For The Item Or Items We Repair Will Be Deducted From Your Final Invoice. Therefore The Estimate Will Be Deemed FREE Of CHARGE.
  • The Accumulated Estimate Fee Total, Paid For Multiple Items Collected For A Repair Estimate, Will NOT Be Carried Over And Deducted From Your Final Invoice Unless All Items Are Repaired.
  • We Ponty PCs And TVs Shall, Once Your Item Or Items Are Repaired, Or In The Case The Repair Estimate Is Declined, Shall Make Arrangements To Return Your Item Or Items At A Time And Date To Suit You.
  • When We Attend Your Home Address At The Agreed Time And Date And Delivery Can Not Take Place, And Have To Return Your Item Or Items To Our Workshop, This Will Incur A Further Fee Of £15.00 For A Second Delivery Attempt, Which Must Be Arranged By You (The Customer) With Us Ponty PCs And TVs, This Applies To Area’s We Cover And Listed On Our Website.
  • Customers Who Live Outside Our Listed Area’s Covered And Have Paid For The Collect, Estimate Return Service, Must Make Arrangements With Us Ponty PCs And TVs To Agree A Second Delivery Fee Before A Second Delivery Attempt Can Be Made.
  • If You Do Not Wish To Pay The Second Delivery Fee, All Items Must Be Collected From Our Workshop Within 7 Days.

Uncollected Estimate Declined Items.

Drop Off's.

  • You (The Customer) Will Have 7 Days From The Notification Date Of The Estimate Being Declined To Collect Your Item Or Items To Which The Declined Estimate Applies.
  • If After 7 Days, Unless By Prior Agreement, We Have To Dispose Of Your Item Or Items And We Incur Fees For Disposal, This Fee Will Be Passed On To You (The Customer). This Shall Be In The Form Of An Invoice That Shall Include Proof Of Disposal Fees Paid By Us Ponty PCs And TVs, You (The Customer) Will Have 28 Days From The Date Of The Invoice To Pay The Balance.
  • If The Invoice Total Is Not Paid Within The 28 Day Period, This Debt Will Be Passed To A Debt Collection Agency For Recovery, Which Will Incur Further Fees.

Guarantees.

Repair Guarantees.

  • All Repairs Will Be Covered By Our Parts And Labour Guarantee For A Minimum Period Of 3 Months Up To A Maximum Period Of 12 Months.
  • The Length Of The Guarantee Period Will Depend On The Spares Or Components Used To Complete The Repair.
  • Our Guarantee Covers Only The Workmanship, Replacement Parts And Components Used By Us Ponty PCs And TVs To Complete The Repair.
  • All Repairs Will Be Done In Accordance With The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Specifications And Using OEM Spares And Components, If OEM Spares Or Components Are Not Available, Then Branded Equivalent Spares And Components Will Be Used To Carry Out The Repair.

Refurbished Item Sales.

Audio, Computer, Television Sales.

  • Refurbished Equipment Sales Will Carry A Minimum RTB (Return To Base) Guarantee Period Of 3 Months Up To A Maximum Period Of 6 Months.
  • All Refurbished Equipment Will Be Listed As Refurbished On The Sales Ticket And Contain A Brief Description Of What Work And Parts Used To Refurbish The Item, The Sales Ticket Will Include The Sale Price And The Length Of Guarantee Period.
  • If Any Refurbished Item Sold, Develops A Fault Within The Listed RTB Guarantee Period, We Ponty PCs And TVs, Upon The Return Of The Guaranteed Item Complete The Repair FREE OF CHARGE.
  • OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE ON ANY REFURBISHED ITEM.
  • IN THE CASE OF A REFURBISHED COMPUTER OR LAPTOP, OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER USER GENERATED FAULTS WITH THE INSTALLED OPERATING SYSTEM.

Factory Refurbished Boxed Sales.

Audio, Computer, Television Sales.

  • All Boxed Factory Refurbished Items Will Be Listed As Factory Refurbished On The Sales Ticket.
  • All Boxed Factory Refurbished Items Will Be Graded A+ Or A. A+ Being As New Condition And A Being As New With Minor Marks Or Scratches.
  • All Boxed Factory Refurbished Items Will Be Guaranteed For A Period Of 12 Months, This Guarantee Is Provided By The Company Who Have Supplied Us Ponty PCs And TVs.
  • If Your Item Develops A Fault Within The Guarantee Period, You Must Return Your Item To Us Ponty PCs And TVs In The Original Packaging So We Can Return It On Your Behalf To Get A Repair Authorised.
  • GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE ON ANY FACTORY REFURBISHED ITEM.
  • IN THE CASE OF A FACTORY REFURBISHED COMPUTER OR LAPTOP, THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER USER GENERATED FAULTS WITH THE INSTALLED OPERATING SYSTEM.
